Our Story
From Handyman Work to Turnover Specialists
HandymanCleaners is a father-and-son team based in San Tan Valley, right in the middle of our service area. We started in handyman work and cleaning, then grew into turnover specialists for Airbnb and Vrbo hosts across the Southeast Valley — Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and Gilbert.
Hosts hire us because we're dependable: we have never missed a scheduled clean, and we never leave you hanging on a same-day turnover. When you text us, the person who answers is the person who cleans your property.

What's included in the $200 flat rate?
The $200 covers a complete turnover for up to 5 beds, including stripping, washing, and remaking linens on-site. For more than 5 beds, we provide a custom quote. See the full turnover breakdown →
Can I schedule a same-day turnover?
Yes, at the same flat rate with no rush fee. Request by 9am that morning and we'll add it to the day's schedule.
Do you provide cleaning supplies, or do I?
We bring all of our own cleaning equipment and supplies, or use yours if you prefer. Guest consumables like paper goods, soaps, and coffee are separate — you ship them to us or fund restock runs.
What areas do you serve?

Do you do repairs too?
Yes — installs, repairs, and upkeep by the same team that cleans: TV mounts, ceiling fans, faucet swaps, drywall patches, and more. $100 for the first hour, then $60 per additional hour. See the rate sheet →
