The Small Stuff, Handled Between Cleans
Rentals and offices always have a running list of little things — the kind that aren't worth calling out a specialty contractor for, but still need doing before the next guest or the next workday. Because we're already on-site cleaning, we can knock those out in the same visit.
We focus on light, minor fixes and general upkeep. For anything that needs a licensed trade — major electrical, plumbing, or structural work — we'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction rather than take it on.
