$200Flat rate covering up to 5 beds — linens washed and remade on-site, full checklist turnover. 6+ beds? Custom flat quote.
Handyman Add-On
$100First hour, then $60 per additional hour for installs and repairs during your turnover — handled by the same team.
- Same-day turnovers are the same rate — just request by 9am that morning.
- Holiday cleans add $50 to your turnover rate. We work all hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. Canceling within the final 24 hours is a $75 fee.
- Payment due after each clean via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Turno, or invoice.

Every clean ends with a walkthrough video sent straight to you, and any damage we find is reported immediately with photos — time-stamped documentation you can use if you ever file a damage claim.
