$180+$180 for 1–2 beds, $200 for 3–4 beds — linens washed and remade on-site, full checklist turnover. 5+ beds? Custom flat quote.
Handyman Add-On
$100First hour, then $80 per additional hour for installs and repairs during your turnover — handled by the same team.
- Same-day turnovers are the same rate — just request by 9am that morning.
- Holiday cleans add $50 to your turnover rate. We work all hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. Canceling within the final 24 hours is a $75 fee.
- Payment due after each clean via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Turno, or invoice.
