Do I need a deep clean before starting regular cleanings?
Usually, yes — and we'll tell you honestly at the walkthrough if you don't. If a home hasn't had a thorough clean in a while, the first visit is a deep clean so everything starts from the same baseline. After that, routine visits keep it there at the lower routine price.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No — most of our clients aren't. We confirm access ahead of time, walk the property before we start, and send you photo proof when we're done, so you can see the finished home from anywhere. You'll always know exactly who was in your home: the same two people, every time.
Do you clean inside the fridge and oven?
Yes on deep cleans and move-out cleans — interior appliance cleaning is standard on both, and it's what a landlord looks at first. On routine cleans it's an easy add-on: just empty the fridge beforehand and we'll handle the rest.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring all of our own equipment and supplies. If you prefer we use specific products you provide — for delicate surfaces or allergies — just tell us at the walkthrough.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry $1 million in general liability coverage. If your landlord, property manager, or HOA needs documentation before we start, we can provide a certificate of insurance — and name them as an additional insured if their agreement requires it.
Can you do a last-minute or same-day cleaning?
