How much does a move-out cleaning cost?
Most move-out cleans run $300 to $400 depending on the size and condition of the home. We do a free walkthrough first and give you an exact flat quote — the number we quote is the number you pay, locked before we start. No mid-job surprises.
What's included in a house cleaning?
Every clean follows a written room-by-room checklist: kitchens degreased and sanitized, bathrooms scrubbed and disinfected, floors vacuumed and mopped, baseboards and ceiling fans dusted, mirrors and interior glass cleaned, and trash removed. You get photo proof when we finish.
What's the difference between a move-out clean and a deep clean?
A move-out clean assumes the home is empty and covers what landlords actually inspect: inside the oven, fridge, cabinets, and drawers, plus baseboards, switch plates, and door frames. A deep clean covers an occupied home at the same level of detail while working around your belongings.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No — most of our clients aren't. We confirm access ahead of time, walk the property before we start, and send you photo proof when we're done, so you can see the finished home from anywhere. You'll always know exactly who was in your home: the same two people, every time.
Do you clean inside the fridge and oven?
Yes. Interior appliance cleaning is standard on every move-out clean — that's what the landlord looks at first. On recurring house cleans it's an easy add-on: just empty the fridge beforehand and we'll handle the rest.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring all of our own equipment and supplies. If you prefer we use specific products you provide — for delicate surfaces or allergies — just tell us at the walkthrough.
Can you do a last-minute or same-day cleaning?
