Simple Flat-Rate Pricing
Handyman Add-On
$100First hour, then $80 per additional hour for installs and repairs during your turnover — handled by the same team.
- Same-day turnovers are the same rate — just request by 9am that morning.
- Holiday cleans add $50 to your turnover rate. We work all hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. Canceling within the final 24 hours is a $75 fee.
- Payment due after each clean via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Turno, or invoice.

Do you provide turnover cleaning for Airbnb properties?
Yes. We clean and reset properties listed on Airbnb and other vacation-rental platforms throughout Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and Gilbert.
Do you provide cleaning supplies, or do I?
We bring all of our own cleaning equipment and supplies, or use yours if you prefer. Guest consumables like paper goods, soaps, and coffee are separate — you either ship them to us or fund restock runs.
How do you handle washing and remaking the beds?
We strip all beds and wash the linens on-site, then remake them immediately. We recommend keeping a second set of linens per bed so rooms are ready while laundry runs.
What happens if you find damage during the turnover?
The moment we find it, you get a text with photos and a full explanation.
