More Than a Clean — a Full Guest-Ready Reset

Turnover cleaning for vacation rentals listed on platforms such as Airbnb and Vrbo. A short-term rental turnover isn't the same as a standard house clean. Between guests, every surface has to be reset to a consistent, photo-ready standard, linens have to be laundered and remade, consumables restocked, and the whole property checked for damage — often in a tight checkout-to-check-in window. That's all we do, every day.

We run the same detailed checklist on every visit so your property looks identical for each guest, and we finish with walkthrough proof — an exit video or photo notes — sent straight to you. You get a guest-ready home without driving over to verify it yourself.

The Turnover Checklist

Every turnover follows a four-part process to ensure your property is guest-ready.

Arrival and Walkthrough

  • Arrive on time
  • Report damage and missing items
  • Remove trash and replace bin liners
  • Final walkthrough with proof before departure

Bedrooms and Living Areas

  • Strip and replace all bedding
  • Make beds to hotel standards
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize high-touch surfaces
  • Arrange furniture neatly

Kitchen and Bathrooms

  • Wash and put away all dishes
  • Clean counters, cabinets, microwave, refrigerator, and appliance exteriors
  • Scrub toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers
  • Clean mirrors, restock towels and toiletries, mop floors

Laundry and Outdoor Reset

  • Wipe down washer and dryer
  • Organize and store all linens
  • Blow out patios
  • Clean and arrange outdoor furniture and grill grates

Flat rate covering up to 5 beds. Includes stripping, washing, and remaking all linens on-site, plus a full property turnover to your checklist or ours.

More Than 5 Beds

Custom

For properties with more than 5 beds, we quote a custom flat rate — just ask when you request.

Handyman Add-On

$100

First hour, then $60 per additional hour for light fixes during your turnover — handled by the same team.

  • Same-day turnovers cost the same rate. Request by 9am that morning.
  • Holiday cleans add $50 to your turnover rate. We work all hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. Canceling within the final 24 hours is a $75 fee.
  • Payment due after each clean via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Turno, or invoice.

What's included in the $200 flat rate?

The $200 covers a complete turnover for up to 5 beds, including stripping, washing, and remaking linens on-site. For more than 5 beds, we provide a custom quote.

Can I schedule a same-day turnover?

Yes, at the same flat rate with no rush fee. Request by 9am that morning and we'll add it to the day's schedule.

Do you provide cleaning supplies, or do I?

We bring all of our own cleaning equipment and supplies, or use yours if you prefer. Guest consumables like paper goods, soaps, and coffee are separate — you either ship them to us or fund restock runs.

How do you handle washing and remaking the beds?

We strip all beds and wash the linens on-site, then remake them immediately. We recommend keeping a second set of linens per bed so rooms are ready while laundry runs.

Can I use my own cleaning checklist?

Yes. Send or upload your checklist with your turnover request and we'll follow it. Otherwise, we use our standard checklist.

What happens if you find damage during the turnover?

You get a text with photos and a full explanation immediately when we find it. Every turnover also ends with walkthrough proof — an exit video or photo notes — so you have clear documentation of the property's condition.

What payment methods do you accept, and when is payment due?

We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Turno, or invoice. Payment is due after each cleaning is complete.

What's your cancellation policy, and do you work weekends and holidays?

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled start; canceling within the final 24 hours is a $75 fee. We work all hours, weekends, and holidays — holiday cleans add $50.
