This Privacy Policy explains how HandymanCleaners LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit this website or contact us to request cleaning or handyman service. We serve short-term rental hosts and small businesses in Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and Gilbert, Arizona.

This website uses a Cloudflare Worker and customer database to process service requests. We collect information when you choose to submit the request form or contact us directly. The public website has no customer account system and no advertising trackers. We do use privacy-preserving website analytics to see which pages are useful and where our request form confuses people — it sets no cookies and records no personal information. Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. Depending on how you reach out, that may include:

• Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address.
• Service details — the type of service you want, dates and times, property address, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, frequency, and any notes or special instructions you provide.
• Files you attach — for example, a cleaning checklist you upload or send.
• Communications — the content of calls, texts, and emails you exchange with us about your request.

We ask you not to submit door codes, garage codes, alarm codes, or other access credentials through the website form. We arrange property access with you directly after a booking is confirmed.

How our request form works

When you submit the "Request Service" form, your details are sent to our website server (run on Cloudflare), which does two things: it saves your inquiry in our customer database (Cloudflare D1) so we can manage your request and any future service, and it emails the same details to us at handymancleanersaz@gmail.com, delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing to our business email account, which is provided by Google (Gmail).

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide a quote.
• To schedule, coordinate, and perform the service you request.
• To contact you by phone, text, or email about your request or a scheduled service.
• To keep records of the work we do and payments for it.

Calls and texts

If you give us your phone number, you agree we may call or text you about your service request. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you by a particular method at any time.

Property addresses and instructions

We use the property address and any access or cleaning instructions only to plan and carry out your service. We do not sell or publish this information.

Calendar information

The website form does not collect Airbnb, Vrbo, or iCal calendar links. If you want calendar-sync scheduling, you tell us on the form, and you share the calendar link with us separately after we confirm your booking. If you later share a calendar link, we use it only to schedule your turnovers.

Service providers we rely on

• Cloudflare — hosts this website, stores our customer database (Cloudflare D1), and delivers form submissions to our email (Cloudflare Email Routing). Like most hosts, Cloudflare may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and time of request) for security and reliability.
• Google (Gmail) — we use Gmail to receive and store inquiry emails and to communicate with you.
• PostHog — website analytics and session replay, hosted in the United States. It tells us which pages people visit, where they click, and where they get stuck on our request form, so we can fix the confusing parts. Recordings have all typed values masked before they are sent (see Cookies and tracking). Analytics requests are routed through our own domain rather than loading a third-party script directly.

We do not use advertising pixels, a customer-relationship-management (CRM) tool, or an email-marketing service on this website. If we add any of these in the future, we will update this policy and provide any cookie notice or consent that the law requires before turning them on.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies at all — not for advertising, not for analytics. Our analytics stores a single random ID in your browser's local storage so we can tell a returning visit from a new one. That ID is not tied to your name, email, or phone number, and it is not shared with anyone or used to follow you around other websites. Because we do not use cookies, there is no cookie-consent banner to click.

Advertising click identifiers

If you reach this site by clicking one of our Google ads, the link carries a click identifier. We store that identifier in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days, and if you later submit the request form we attach it to your request — that is how we tell which advertising actually reaches hosts. It is a random string generated by Google, it is not tied to your name, email, or phone number, and we do not use it to show you ads anywhere else. Clearing your browser's local storage for this site removes it.

Session replay

We record how visitors move through this website — pages viewed, scrolling, and where you click — and can play that back as a video-like session. We use it to find the parts of the site that confuse people, particularly on our request form.

Everything you type is hidden before the recording leaves your browser. Text boxes, dropdowns, and date fields appear as blocked-out shapes in the playback. We can see that you filled in the phone field; we cannot see your phone number. The same applies to your name, email address, and property address. This masking happens on your device, so the unmasked values are never transmitted to or stored by our analytics provider.

We do not record keystrokes, we do not capture your screen outside this website, and we have no access to other tabs, windows, or anything else on your device.

What our analytics records on the request form

We record which fields you filled in and where people stop filling the form. We never record what you typed. Your name, phone number, email address, and property address are sent only when you press Send Request, and they go to us — never to our analytics provider.

Turning analytics off

If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal, we detect it and analytics never loads for you. You can also clear your browser's local storage for this site at any time to erase the ID.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only:

• with the service providers above (hosting and email) so they can help us operate;
• if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information for up to 24 months and then delete it. For customers we have served, we keep service and payment records for as long as you are an active customer and for about 24 months afterward, unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal or tax obligation.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. However, no website, email system, or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you by a certain method. To make a request, email handymancleanersaz@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Because we do not send marketing emails at this time, there is nothing to unsubscribe from; if that changes, every marketing message will include an opt-out.

Arizona and other privacy rights

We are a small Arizona business. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete your personal information under your state's laws. We honor reasonable access and deletion requests as described above regardless of where you live. We do not sell personal information.

Children

This website and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
