This Privacy Policy explains how HandymanCleaners ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit this website or contact us to request cleaning or handyman service. We serve short-term rental hosts and small businesses in Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and Gilbert, Arizona.
This website is a simple, static informational site. We do not run a database, an account system, or advertising trackers on it. The main way we collect information is when you choose to contact us.
Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. Depending on how you reach out, that may include:
- Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address.
- Service details — the type of service you want, dates and times, property or office address, square footage, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, frequency, and any notes or special instructions you provide.
- Files you attach — for example, a cleaning checklist you upload or send.
- Communications — the content of calls, texts, and emails you exchange with us about your request.
We ask you not to submit door codes, garage codes, alarm codes, or other access credentials through the website form. We arrange property access with you directly after a booking is confirmed.
How our request form works
When you use the "Request Service" form, your device's own email application opens with your details filled in, and you press send to email them to us at handymancleanersaz@gmail.com. The website itself does not store your submission on a server. We receive and keep those emails in our business email account, which is provided by Google (Gmail).
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide a quote.
- To schedule, coordinate, and perform the service you request.
- To contact you by phone, text, or email about your request or a scheduled service.
- To keep records of the work we do and payments for it.
Calls and texts
If you give us your phone number, you agree we may call or text you about your service request. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you by a particular method at any time.
Property addresses and instructions
We use the property or office address and any access or cleaning instructions only to plan and carry out your service. We do not sell or publish this information.
Calendar information
The website form does not collect Airbnb, Vrbo, or iCal calendar links. If you want calendar-sync scheduling, you tell us on the form, and you share the calendar link with us separately after we confirm your booking. If you later share a calendar link, we use it only to schedule your turnovers.
Service providers we rely on
- Website hosting — our host serves the pages of this site and, like most web hosts, may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and time of request) for security and reliability.
- Email — we use Google (Gmail) to receive and store inquiry emails and to communicate with you.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, a customer-relationship-management (CRM) tool, or an email-marketing service on this website. If we add any of these in the future, we will update this policy and provide any cookie notice or consent that the law requires before turning them on.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. Our host may record ordinary server logs as described above. Because we do not use nonessential cookies, we do not display a cookie-consent banner. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only:
- with the service providers above (hosting and email) so they can help us operate;
- if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for up to 24 months and then delete it. For customers we have served, we keep service and payment records for as long as you are an active customer and for about 24 months afterward, unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal or tax obligation.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. However, no website, email system, or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you by a certain method. To make a request, email handymancleanersaz@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Because we do not send marketing emails at this time, there is nothing to unsubscribe from; if that changes, every marketing message will include an opt-out.
Arizona and other privacy rights
We are a small Arizona business. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete your personal information under your state's laws. We honor reasonable access and deletion requests as described above regardless of where you live. We do not sell personal information.
Children
This website and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
